Manual inspection of the bottom surface of the main span bridge, cable towers and cable areas requires the bridge to be sealed or erected, and the cost of a single inspection is high.
The customer required millimeter-level visible crack records and the establishment of component-level historical image files.

DX-X8 Redundant Platform Proximity Detection
The coaxial redundant layout of DX-X8 ensures the safety of hovering at close range. It is equipped with a high-magnification zoom camera to take point-by-point shots of the cable tower, beam bottom and support.
The images are imported into the AI-assisted screening system, where suspected cracks and spalling areas are automatically marked, and an inspection report is generated after review by engineers.
